Grinding:
Pipes, products from injection moulding, rotational moulding and blow moulding, are processed effectively in one of the total of 11 grinders.
Material mixture:
9 mixers ensure a homogeneous mixture of raw materials, with the possibility of the addition of various additives, etc.
Regeneration:
10 extrusion lines with degassing, filtration and pelletizing unit.
Compounding:
Twin screw compounding line with 2 side extruders for the compounding of various additives, for example chalk, talk, BaSo4, and wood fibres.
Drying:
A number of desiccant dryers for pre- and after drying of the plastic.
Microgrinding:
The micro grinding division consist today of 11 micro grinders for the pulverizing of miscellaneous polymer types.
Packaging:
Packaging and re- packaging operations at request.
Paper bags, plastic bags, octabins and bigbags, etc.
Sorting:
Optical sorting equipment.
Stock:
Insulated warehouses/areas, transport packaging, silo. Numerous opportunities for optimum logistics.
Quality control:
Continuous quality control. Opportunity for customer specified quality control.
Transport and handling:
Collection and delivery with own lorries/trucks. Loan or rental of 30 m3 open/closed containers. Lending/renting of pallet frames, pallets and cardboard boxes/ containers for collection.
